Theresa Frölich
Theresa Frölich (*1977 in Göttingen) studied Theology and German Literature in Bonn and then Fine Art at the Kunstakademie Münster in the class of Guillaume Bijl and at theHochschule der Bildenden Künste in Munich with Klaus vom Bruch. In spatial installations she investigates the construction of identity. In self trials and in historic research she is looking at the construction of virtual identities on the Internet and on identity changes which are caused fear or violence with a political background. Theresa Frölich uses found images and quotes and strings them with thread and ropes to a spatial web. Frölich lives and works in Cologne.
