A round table, a fire crackels, a storm rages in the darkness, rain lashes against the window

Ryan Gander's A round table, a fire crackels, a storm rages in the darkness, rain lashes against the window is the first in our series 'Unfold'.

On its two sides it shows:

Recto  Two minutes and fifteen seconds of light from my window, overlooking Jardin Villemin, 10ème arr., Paris, France, starting at 14:17 on 31 January 2009, for the duration of which I was attempting to devise a show plan for an exhibition possibly entitled The die is cast at Villa Arson, Nice, France, in May 2009.

Verso  A show plan for a Metaverse exhibition by Terence Alan Patrick Seán Milligan KBE (16 April 1918 – 27 February 2002, also known as Spike Milligan, an Anglo-Irish comedian, writer, musician, poet and playwright) written by a forensic grapho-logist in the handwriting of Spike Milligan as sampled from a diary entry from the year 1972.
